We have launched our new reservation system. It is now easier to find room and activity vacancy info and to make a reservation.
We have been discussing the options of creating a reservation system which can be used in English and Japanese and also incorporate our activities bookings along with room bookings and we have finally done it. The system is up and running now taking room and activity reservations in both English and Japanese.
For room reservations, it works like you would expect any hotel reservations system to work giving you availability info along with the price for your reservation. For activities, currently you can see availability and make a requests for an activity through the system and then we will confirm and respond to you as soon as we confirm the reservation.
Another nice feature is the ability to pay the reservation deposit online with a credit card.
