Deposit
In order to complete a reservation we request a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total bill. You may make a deposit in one of the following ways:
- Make a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total bill. The remainder of your payment plus any additions to your bill will be paid at the time of your check out.
- Make a deposit of ¥3000 per person. The remainder of your payment plus any additions to your bill will be paid at the time of your check out.

If you are a foreigner traveling in Japan and wish to stay at NORTHSTAR’s Alpine Lodge please be aware that the Japanese government requires us to take a copy of all foreign passports at the time of check in.

Special Meals
We gladly provide alternative meals for those who have allergic, religious and vegetarian dietary needs. Requests for special meals can be provided at an additional charge. Please share your needs when booking your stay.
Amenities
Included with your stay are a game room with ping-pong and table soccer, a climbing wall, and a shuttle to and from the ski resort. Shampoo, soap, and hair dryer are provided in the bath house. Towels are provided in your room. Toothbrushes are available for purchase from the NORTHSTAR shop for ¥70.

In the event of complications due to weather or other natural disasters outside human control, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations may happen because of rain on the day of a tour or day before. If it causes bad trail conditions or riding will negatively affect the trail, we may cancel a whole day tour or a half day tour to protect the environment and the trail.

+ 2 Day MTB Package cancellation, lodging only: ¥9,700 refund

Liability Waiver and Release Form
All participants in any NORTHSTAR activity are required to print and sign a copy of our liability waiver and release form. If a participant is under 20 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver form – please read before signing. Completed, original forms should be submitted prior to your activity at reception.
