Deposit
In order to complete a reservation we must receive a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total bill. The remainder of your payment plus any additions to your bill will be paid at your check out time.

When you are ready to book, please complete the contact form at right with your group’s information. Please provide as many details as possible such as specific group numbers, activity requests, and other relevant information.
Two Weeks before Arrival
In order to help us prepare for your trip, we request the following information:
- Complete the Special Dietary Needs Form for each member of your group with a dietary need. The form can be downloaded at the bottom of this page. In order for us to adequately fulfil your requests, return the completed forms to our offices a minimum of two weeks prior to your arrival.

- All participants in any NORTHSTAR activity are required to print and sign a copy of our liability waiver and release form. The form can be downloaded at the bottom of this page. If a participant is under 20 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver form – please read before signing. Completed, original forms should be submitted prior to your activity at reception.

Please update us with any changes in your group numbers or estimated time of arrival. We look forward to serving you at NORTHSTAR!
Additional
Passports
If you are a foreigner traveling in Japan and wish to stay at NORTHSTAR’s Alpine Lodge please be aware that the Japanese government requires us to take a copy of all foreign passports at the time of check in.
Check In & Check Out
Check in starts at 3 PM, check out by 10 AM.
Amenities
Included with your stay are a game room with ping-pong and table soccer, a climbing wall, and a shuttle to and from the ski resort. Shampoo, soap, and hair dryer are provided in the bath house. Toothbrushes are available for purchase from the NORTHSTAR shop for ¥70. Rental towels sets are available for ¥300.
Cancellations
In the event of complications due to weather or other natural disasters outside human control, please contact us as soon as possible.
Group Lodging
+ 30 days and 30% of your bill will be charged and your deposit refunded + 7 days and 50% of your bill will be charged + 72 hours and 80% of your bill will be charged + 24 hours and 100% of your bill will be charged
Group Lodging during High Season
Christmas – New Years Holiday, Golden Week, Obon + 45 days and 30% of your bill will be charged + 14 days and 50% of your bill will be charged + 7 days and 80% of your bill will be charged + 72 hours and 100% of your bill will be charged
